Here at Gentleshaw, we believe it is important for pupils to develop skills as leaders across the school in order to develop their personal and social development. Our school is committed in providing as many children as possible, the opportunity to lead, regardless of their ability.

The Pupil Leadership Team (PLT) are the representatives to pupil voice. Our philosophy is that our children have an opportunity to say how their school is lead and fully embrace the chance to improve areas of school priority. The PLT are responsible for communication and sharing the ideas and developments that are happening within our school. We discuss what is happening in and around our classrooms, thinking of new innovative ways that can help others and ensure our intended outcomes run smoothly.

The team is made up of pupils from Year 1-Year 6, ensuring all our children have their voices heard.
