Safeguarding

Gentleshaw Primary Academy  is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, fully recognising and understanding our responsibility under section 157/175 of The Education Action 2002 and Keeping Children Safe in Education September 2023. Parents can feel confident that carefully thought out policies, procedures and practice are in place, underpinned by advice from the Staffordshire Safeguarding Children Board and taking account of guidance issued by the DfE (Government Department for Education).
